I think the biggest problem that I have with people is their utter disregard for honesty. I don't expect much from people; mainly because I loathe most and it doesn't help that I think almost everything is stupid. But in this disproportionate quandary that we call life, why can't people have the simple decency to be honest? Are people that fathomless about themselves that the sheer concept of blunt-speak is alien to them?

You may think that I expect a lot from people, but in all seriousness, I don't. I think people are stupid, mundane and loathsome. I wouldn't expect much because people are much too privy to common sense. But if there's one thing people can do to better themselves, it is to be honest. The most entertaining people are the most honest ones. Check it out anywhere in any of the recurrent media. Boring people are dishonest twats. Though there are a plethora of banal cunts scurrying these said media with utter tripe that makes me rethink this entire argument.

How about this? Potentially interesting people should be honest, and boring people should be slaughtered? Too harsh? Too bad.

That's probably the biggest impediment in relationships of any kind. Most marriages never really work out because people are just not honest enough. Now I know what you're thinking. If so many marriages fail, then why are there so many people together? The fact is, marriages fail whether or not people are still together. If people were more honest, they'd have broken it off far before their impending doom.

I tend to be brutally honest at times. If someone asks me my opinion on something, regardless of who's around, I will speak my mind. If they didn't want an honest answer, why did they ask me? I won't disparage the weak and insecure just because I can, but if they ask me my opinion, they'd better be open to constructive (or if I hate them, destructive) criticism.

Honesty is the best policy if you're not a complete fucking douche bag. Then the only policy is self-castration.
