Alright, I know it's been a while, but it's still relevant and still very, very awesome. So here it is, the entire footage of "lick the carpet" from the Deka Lake 2008 camping trip:

Now bear in mind, the quality isn't that great because, well, it never really was to begin with. That and it took me quite a while to deduce a proper format that would not render it corrupt and unusable. Having said that, its awesomeness is uncontested even still. So enjoy:

Well, it's official: everyone's in love with slumdog millionaire. It just somewhat bugs me that it took a clean sweep at the golden globe awards for it to get the full recognition that this brilliant flick deserves. This movie should have been receiving its high praise long before it won and only due to its recent achievements are they actually beginning to run it in Indian theatres.

One thing I will say though is that this movie has clearly exceeded even my own expectations. It's one thing to note that this movie deserved everything it has gotten thus far, but even though it deserved it, I never would have expected it.

I don't care much for the golden globe awards, though. I never did. I have always only cared about the Oscars and I am nearly positive that it will win at least 2 awards.

Btw, the soundtrack is amazing. I've long since been a fan of A.R Rahman, but this soundtrack is nothing short of his best work. If you haven't downloaded it, do so immediately.

I like that most people I hang out with have a lot of respect for what I have to say and appreciate the wisdom that I bring to the table.
