I just ditched manu and another friend of mine to do absolutely nothing. I had--earlier in the day--envisioned the rest of the day being filled with much of nothing. Sometimes doing nothing IS fulfilling. Sometimes there's boredom which can become overwhelming; however, sometimes I'd just rather do nothing at all. Anyways, he didn't appreciate the fact that I told him I'd come along but naturally I blame him entirely for not giving me the full details. I've also come to the conclusion that I am probably the last guy to flake out without prior notification which just reaffirms how awesome I truly am.

Onto other news, I had one of the scarier moments of recent times when I had to get home from kyle's house all the way home through walking and skytraining alone. It seems that my living area is still as unsafe as ever. While my particular dwelling and its surrounding 150 meter radius seem to be fine, the majority of crime-related events seem to have been pushed further down the street next to the skytrain station. This just makes it more difficult to get home at an unsuitable hour.
